FOR ALL OF YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS On the Beautiful Emerald Coast
It was just announced officially this week that Navy Federal will be bringing a whopping 5,000 to 7,000 new jobs to the Pensacola area. This is HUGE! The city is already scrambling on what to do about the already overcrowded school systems in our area. They are stating that they are most likely going to be breaking ground on new schools in the Beulah area of Pensacola in order to accommodate the population growth. This is a great problem to have folks!  Governor Rick Scott held a press conference this morning praising Navy Federal for adding so many jobs and for its economic investment in Florida. The first 2,000 jobs are expected to be in place by 2016, and the additional 5,000 will be in place by 2020. The massive growth in jobs in Pensacola is going to bring a 1 billion dollar impact to our area, Commissioner Wilson Robertson said today. This is going to bring new developments and neighborhoods to Pensacola. Meaning, the Real Estate market is going to be booming in the years to come. Who wouldn't get excited about that? I for one am THRILLED. It is a win win for everyone. I haven't quite seen an area boom so much in all of my life, with all of the downtown revitalization and now this huge announcement of thousands of new jobs! I love this city and am truly excited for its future, which looks mighty bright!
